T'Chanda was the former King of Wakanda and Black Panther during World War II. He was the father of T'Chaka and grandfather of T'Challa, Shuri, and Hunter.
History[]
T'Chanda was the former crown prince of Wakanda. He later became the king and Black Panther, presumably after his father's death. It was unknown at what time, but during his reign, T'Chanda and his unknown wife gave birth to T'Challa. At one point, Captain America and Peggy Carter came to him to ask for a partnership to protect Wakandan technology. Though he was reluctant, he agreed. While they were on the mission, they found out it was a ruse to capture the king. While Peggy Carter broke them out of metal chains, T'Chanda turned Heinrich Zemo and Arnim Zola against each other. After this, he went on with his reign, protecting Wakanda and training his son T'Chaka in the ways of being king.
